In this role, you will:

  • Negotiate complex and high-value contracts, ensuring a quality-driven approach rather than commoditisation.
  • Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with customers, authorities, business partners and stakeholders to strengthen dnata’s local and global reputation.
  • Lead customer satisfaction efforts, overseeing Net Promoter Scores and Customer Satisfaction surveys, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and develop the dnata Singapore Commercial team, fostering accountability, empowerment and high performance aligned with the company’s value proposition.
  • Maintain the highest standards by ensuring policies, governance and legal frameworks are clearly communicated and consistently adhered to, safeguarding shareholder interests and brand integrity.
  • Represent dnata as a brand ambassador, ensuring alignment with corporate values and strategy during public engagements and official appearances.

Qualifications & Experience

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant professional qualification and/or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of an operational or commercial role in aviation (or equivalent/adjacent sector e.g logistics), managing a multi-customer product.
  • Strong influencing skills and a proven ability to deal at all levels within a global business, combined with a sound knowledge of effective business leadership best practice.
  • Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Outstanding influencing and negotiation skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
